Each dog receives at least two photo or video updates per month, whenever possible.
If an adopter is unable to continue care, a return request can be submitted.
The platform coordinates the process with the dog’s safety as the top priority.
The platform does not charge service fees.
Transportation assistance may be provided voluntarily when needed.
